Salary: $85,000–$115,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead A&T technicians and machinists to ensure maximum utilization of personnel and equipment.
• Identify and implement short-term department objectives aligned with the company strategic plan.
• Drive lean improvement activities to increase profitability, productivity, and capacity while reducing internal costs.
• Manage personnel through performance evaluations, goal setting, and ongoing training and counseling.
• Maintain accurate production records, including employee time reports and overtime equalization.
• Ensure a safe working environment by performing daily inspections and enforcing safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related production experience and leadership, OR an Associate's degree with 10 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of functional manufacturing activities and supporting departments.
• Demonstrated leadership capability, strong organization skills, and excellent communication.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Must be able to work onsite in Buffalo, NY.
