What you will do

• Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research studies to inform product prioritization.
• Triangulate research findings with market data to support high-impact business decisions.
• Translate complex behavioral insights into actionable recommendations that improve KPIs.
• Influence product strategy by presenting compelling narratives to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to define hypotheses and evaluate outcomes.
• Evolve research operations, frameworks, and best practices to increase organizational maturity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Senior-level experience in UX Research within digital product environments.
• Proven ability to translate research insights into measurable business impact.
• Strong experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
