What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX research for complex B2B technical products and cloud infrastructure.
• Conduct qualitative studies and usability testing with developers, DevOps, and ML engineers.
• Analyze behavioral patterns using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering teams to influence product strategy.
• Develop and scale research frameworks, processes, and best practices across the organization.
• Integrate modern AI tools into research workflows to improve synthesis and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of UX research experience specifically within technical or B2B product domains.
• Proficiency in web and product analytics tools to support product decisions with behavioral data.
• Experience researching complex domains like cloud platforms, AI/ML systems, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong qualitative research skills for conducting interviews and usability studies with technical audiences.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the country of application.

• Previous experience in Product Management or strategic product roles.
