What you will do

• Own UX research projects from kickoff through insight delivery across multiple product teams.
• Identify generative research opportunities and develop self-directed plans aligned with business goals.
• Synthesize data into actionable insights for product, design, and senior leadership.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the evolution of research methodologies and standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, and analytics.
• Conduct moderated and unmoderated studies, including usability tests, diary studies, and concept evaluations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX Research experience in a corporate setting.
• Ecommerce experience required.
• Must be authorized for employment in the United States.
• Extensive experience with one-on-one interviews, usability testing, and generative research.
• Proven ability to partner with product managers and designers in Agile environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
