What you will do

• Co-drive strategy and priorities within the Data-Driven Architecture management team.
• Own and evolve the strategic roadmap for Product Info Services from vision to execution.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of approximately ten frontend, backend, and database specialists.
• Build strong company-wide networks to support team initiatives and drive measurable improvements.
• Shape an organization built for continuous improvement, scalability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a leader with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of enterprise APIs, applications, and databases to make sound technical trade-offs.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• University degree (Master’s desired).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lund, Sweden.
