What you will do

• Coordinate and contribute to BAU activities, including continuous improvements and release analyses.
• Perform impact assessments in partnership with the BAU Lead.
• Take ownership of complex L3 tickets when required.
• Manage small projects, non-standard requests, and feature analyses.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner throughout the product life cycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven expertise on the CSOD LMS module is required.
• English proficiency is mandatory.
• Ability to manage small projects and feature analyses.
• Experience in impact assessments and release management.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with Product Owners.

Nice to have

• Certifications on CSOD LMS or Core modules.
