What you will do

• Lead the implementation and evolution of enterprise data governance policies, standards, and processes including metadata and classification.
• Establish and operationalize data ownership and stewardship models across various business domains.
• Maintain enterprise data definitions, glossaries, and taxonomies to ensure consistency in KPIs and reporting.
• Build and enable a network of business data stewards and facilitate governance forums.
• Define and implement data quality frameworks, monitoring processes, and conduct root cause analysis for remediation.
• Coach and mentor team members while driving a unified corporate culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of experience in data governance, analytics, and business intelligence.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of technical and non-technical professionals.
• Familiarity with data governance and quality tools such as catalog and lineage platforms.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Knowledge of analytics tools including Power BI and Salesforce.
