What you will do

  • Build and execute joint sales plans with strategic partners to drive predictable revenue growth.
  • Sell alongside partner sales teams to create pipeline and close deals.
  • Own and drive pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance metrics.
  • Lead programmatic demand generation initiatives in collaboration with Partner Marketing.
  • Drive executive alignment and conduct QBRs for long-term strategic planning.
  • Embed connectivity solutions into partner offerings to ensure hirify.global is a core component of their portfolio.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in channel, partner sales, or ecosystem roles.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through partners via co-selling and closing.
  • Experience working with MSPs, IT/OT resellers, IoT partners, or global SIs.
  • Strong ability to influence partner sales teams and drive accountability.
  • High commercial intensity with strong execution discipline.
