What you will do

• Provide Level 2 support for Java-based applications within the banking and payments sector.
• Manage incidents and ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate and interact with business stakeholders to resolve functional issues.
• Analyze and troubleshoot problems related to APIs, integrations, and microservices.
• Maintain and evaluate event-driven systems using Kafka.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in application support.
• Professional experience in the banking sector, ideally focused on payments.
• Strong technical knowledge of Java from a problem-solving perspective.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, Microservices, and Kafka.
• Must be based in Portugal to support a hybrid work model (Porto/Lisbon).
