What you will do

• Execute the full software development life cycle hands-on.
• Develop backend applications, APIs, and manage databases in an event-driven architecture.
• Design and develop services for retrieving, processing, and transforming requests in near real-time.
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for software development.
• Participate in on-call rotation for mission-critical platform reliability.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or similar technical degree
• 2+ years of experience developing and delivering advanced applications
• Experience designing and operating large production systems
• Critical mindset and autonomy
• Good technical English communication skills
• Experience with Java, multi-threading, OO design principles, high-performance scalable services

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Zookeeper, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with Python and Django
