What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end distributed systems on the cloud.
• Build and maintain libraries and tools for the microservices ecosystem.
• Implement event-driven systems using brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with business teams to build solutions that solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon, Portugal.
• Strong development experience in Java and familiarity with Spring or similar frameworks.
• Proven experience in building cloud-native applications and microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of event-driven platforms and messaging brokers.
• Experience working with cloud providers like AWS.
• Product-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
