What you will do
- Build and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and KPIs.
- Strategize and implement marketing automation workflows for customer lifecycles across multiple channels.
- Manage lead generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
- Configure and maintain Marketo programs, including lead scoring, routing, and cleansing.
- Develop and maintain campaign dashboards and perform platform audits.
- Lead and coordinate with technical campaign execution teams to ensure process quality.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing automation, with at least 2+ years specifically on Marketo.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of domain and IP management, including SPAM filter criteria and domain warm-up processes.
- Ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution.
- Experience in multi-channel marketing processes, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Nice to have
- Marketo certifications.
- Experience with Velocity scripting for email.
- Ability to establish and optimize campaign development and QA processes.
