What you will do

• Deliver advanced technical training on electrical systems, service procedures, and maintenance to international participants.
• Design and develop comprehensive training concepts, curricula, and instructional materials.

• Coach and support part-time trainers to ensure consistent quality across regions.
• Collaborate with business and field teams to align training solutions with operational needs.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong technical background in field service, troubleshooting, commissioning, or maintenance.
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems and elevator technology.
• Excellent didactical skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage group dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Availability for international business travel.
