What you will do

• Conduct worldwide product demonstrations and training sessions for UAS equipment.
• Create and maintain instructional manuals, presentations, and practical exercises in German and English.
• Lead hands-on flight training for fixed-wing UAVs, including pre-flight checks, flight planning, and post-processing.
• Assess trainee performance during theoretical and practical sessions and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the Governmental Sales team to facilitate use cases for customers ranging from operators to ministerial decision-makers.

Requirements

• Military, police, or intelligence background, ideally with operational experience abroad.
• Ability to independently plan and conduct training sessions in German or English.
• Experience working with fixed-wing UAS, preferably eVTOL systems.
• Willingness to travel worldwide, including to regions with challenging climatic or political conditions.
• Proven experience training military forces or law enforcement agencies in international and intercultural contexts.
