What you will do

• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment design and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage maintenance documentation and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years in maintenance or reliability engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with TPM, predictive maintenance technologies, and CMMS systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship will not be provided.

Nice to have

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities, including experience leading cross-functional teams.
