What you will do

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end architectural solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design and oversee the integration of legacy platforms like WebLogic and IBM MQ with modern cloud services.
• Drive the utilization of Microsoft Azure services, Kafka, and Kubernetes for scalable microservices.
• Champion Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles across project lifecycles.
• Mentor junior developers and architects while communicating technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that balance cost, performance, and long-term viability.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory.
• Must be based in Poland or able to work remotely from Poland.
• 5+ years of commercial experience in Java development.
• Extensive experience with Oracle database performance tuning and schema design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure.
• Deep understanding of event-driven systems using Kafka and Kubernetes orchestration.

• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and legacy application servers.
• Strong background in building and maintaining distributed systems.
