Senior Platform Engineer (Cloud Workloads)

Senior Platform Engineer (Cloud Workloads): Designing and maintaining observability infrastructure for distributed cloud workloads with an accent on Elastic Stack, Azure/AWS integration, and incident response maturity. Focus on building proactive support tooling, optimizing SLO/SLI dashboards, and ensuring system reliability for large-scale SaaS products.

Location: Must be permanently based in Poland (Hybrid in Warsaw)

What you will do

• Design and maintain observability pipelines using the Elastic Stack across Azure and AWS environments.
• Develop and own SLO/SLI dashboards and error budget reporting for platform services.
• Lead incident response for distributed workloads and improve runbook documentation.
• Build proactive support tooling to reduce reactive burden through pattern analysis and alerting.
• Manage Elastic Fleet agent policies and log streaming infrastructure.
• Collaborate with SRE, R&D, and support teams to resolve observability gaps.

Requirements

• Must be permanently based in Poland.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure roles.
• Deep hands-on experience with Elastic Stack (dashboards, KQL, Fleet).
• Proven experience operating distributed, multi-tenant workloads on Azure or AWS.
• Strong proficiency in Azure services (AKS, Entra ID, Key Vault, etc.).
• Experience with IaC (Terraform/Bicep) and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
