Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized design consultations.
• Develop tailored spatial solutions that align with client needs, preferences, and wellness goals.
• Drive sales by building strong client relationships and proactively managing leads.
• Collaborate with the Architecture & Design (A&D) community to grow brand awareness.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure a premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
• Ability to lift and move items over 20 lbs.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL.
