TL;DR

Lead Product Manager (CRM): Defining and scaling the CRM and agent tooling platform for the hirify.global Local distribution channel with an accent on agent productivity, lead management, and pipeline visibility. Focus on building 0-to-1 product features, integrating AI into agent workflows, and optimizing unit economics.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Columbus, Ohio

What you will do

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for the CRM and agent tooling platform.
  • Translate agent workflows and distribution dynamics into detailed product requirements.
  • Conduct user research with agents, loan officers, and referral partners to reduce friction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery of features for agent productivity.
  • Design and build onboarding, lead management, and performance tracking experiences.
  • Integrate AI and automation into workflows to increase throughput.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a lead or senior role.
  • Proven track record of building and launching new products (0-to-1).
  • Experience owning CRM, sales enablement, or partner-facing platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL for independently querying datasets and monitoring product health.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Columbus, Ohio.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Startup or 0-to-1 product experience.
  • Experience building tools for distributed sales teams or franchisee networks.
  • Familiarity with insurance distribution, mortgage origination, or financial services.
  • Experience integrating CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
