What you will do

  • Manage and update the team's intranet to improve structure, navigation, and user experience.
  • Prepare presentation decks and enablement materials in collaboration with design teams and field colleagues.
  • Coordinate sales enablement activities and contribute to structured project planning to ensure deliverables stay on track.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the right materials are available on time.
  • Assist in planning and coordination of commercial education events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the team members.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and AI tools such as Copilot or Claude.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to handle tasks independently.
  • Must be based in Copenhagen to support the hybrid work model.
