What you will do

• Analyze forecasts and coordinate schedules to meet delivery requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Lead, train, and mentor production team; conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Ensure products meet specifications through inspections, quality control checks, addressing and resolving quality issues promptly.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to reduce waste and costs, supporting Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforce company rules and regulations; maintain harmonious relations with employees; address grievances per company policy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Continuous improvement experience required; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5+ years’ management level experience with significant team interactions and proven team growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong skills in implementing visual boards in the assembly area to track daily performance.
