Sr. Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

Sr. Quality Manager (Manufacturing): Leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Quality Management System with an accent on quality assurance, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance. Focus on driving cross‑functional problem solving and supporting operational excellence across manufacturing and new product development environments.

Location: You will be required to work in the office at the Menomonee Falls location (Monday – Friday)

What you will do

• Develop and execute quality strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory obligations.
• Serve as the management representative for ISO 9001 certification and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Lead and manage Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors.
• Improve the Quality Business System, including document control and internal audits.
• Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, SPC, CAPA, and regulatory/certification requirements.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage change.
