What you will do

• Lead the global rollout of Plex Production Monitoring across existing and new manufacturing sites.
• Define and maintain global standards, governance, and best practices for loss analysis and monitoring methodologies.
• Partner with IT to ensure system configuration, data flow stability, and cybersecurity requirements are met.
• Manage the functional configuration of production lines, equipment models, and loss hierarchies for each site.
• Develop performance dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to support operational decision-making.
• Create training materials and facilitate global user groups to drive sustained system adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, digital manufacturing, or MES.
• Proven experience implementing production monitoring systems such as Plex, MES, or OEE tools.
• Strong understanding of loss accounting, OEE, and operational KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects across multiple global regions.
• Ability to travel 18–22 weeks per year to support site installations.
