Compensation: $116,400 - $204,100 USD

• Lead and manage a sizable team of software engineers, fostering a positive and high-performing work culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of demonstrated managerial oversight leading high-performing software engineering teams.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership, including engineering practices and decision-making.
• Strong human leadership skills, including coaching, goal setting, and performance evaluation.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model with 8 days per month in the Kennesaw, GA office.
