What you will do

• Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades for manufacturing processes.
• Secure productivity and efficiency in the design of processes for new products as a Business Partner.
• Lead the APQP process to secure timely implementation and ramp-up quantities.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop design and production standards to guarantee quality.
• Oversee capacity bottlenecks, asset maintenance, and the CAPEX process.
• Manage CTX deployment and support DFX and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant Engineering field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Process Industrialization, ideally in consumer electronics, smart appliances, or IoT.
• Must be based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
• Proven experience with APQP and quality tools such as DOE, MSA, and PFMEA.
• Familiarity with plastic parts, motors, PCBA, and processes like injection and stamping.
• Fluent English proficiency in both spoken and written language.
