What you will do

• Develop, document, and deploy manufacturing best practices and standardized processes across facilities.
• Lead the planning and execution of first-of-kind (FOK) and pilot builds for new products.
• Design and optimize facility layouts to ensure efficiency, safety, and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards including ISO, OSHA, and GMP.
• Lead validation activities such as IQ/OQ/PQ for equipment and processes.
• Act as a cross-functional liaison between engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role with direct reports.
• Proven experience with new product introduction (NPI), pilot builds, or FOK builds.
• Strong background in validation, compliance, and quality systems.
• Experience with facility layout and production line design.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
• Experience in highly regulated industries like aerospace, medical devices, or automotive.
• Knowledge of digital manufacturing tools, simulation, or MES systems.
