What you will do
- Develop and optimize manufacturing capabilities and drive industrialization projects from concept through implementation.
- Plan manufacturing activities and design production flows and layouts.
- Develop processes and support efficient, sustainable introduction of new products into production.
- Perform Design for Assembly, lead-time calculations, Value Stream Mapping, and FMEA activities.
- Specify, source, and support the installation of new equipment and digital production solutions.
- Lead the establishment of new production lines and future manufacturing capabilities when required.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Production, Manufacturing, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Experience with production development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and process optimization.
- Strong interest in industrialization, production development, and technical solutions.
- Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
Nice to have
- Experience with FMEA, simulation tools, CAD software, ERP/PLM systems, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
