What you will do

• Coordinate annual corporate obligations, including filings, franchise taxes, and regulatory compliance tracking.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements such as NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Support international expansion by collaborating with local counsel and internal stakeholders on regulatory and employment matters.
• Manage immigration, visa, and global mobility requirements for employee onboarding.
• Conduct multi-jurisdictional research on employment models, EOR services, and corporate governance.
• Optimize internal legal trackers, compliance databases, and document management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Legal Studies.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a corporate, commercial, or compliance legal role.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, contracts, and employment matters.
• Must be based in one of the specified countries (Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Serbia, Kosovo, Kazakhstan, or South Africa).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Experience working with EOR/PEO models.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
