What you will do

• Manage U.S. tax compliance and provision processes, including internal tax positions and filing requirements.
• Plan and execute U.S. tax projects in coordination with global member firms to align cross-border tax matters.
• Advise on the U.S. tax implications of international operations, focusing on transfer pricing and capital structures.
• Review complex U.S. tax returns and workpapers to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams across the global network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA or JD/active law license required.
• 5-7 years of progressive tax consulting experience, with at least 3 years focused on international taxation.
• Experience in a large accounting firm, law firm, or corporate tax department of a multinational company.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in U.S. tax compliance and tax software technology.
