Location: Hybrid, based out of headquarters in Minneapolis, MN

What you will do

  • Manage global transfer pricing policies, documentation, and compliance including BEPS and CbC filings.
  • Prepare and review international tax returns and complex calculations for FDII, GILTI, FTC, Subpart F, and BEAT.
  • Monitor international tax law changes and model their impact on company policies and positions.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual foreign income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 (US GAAP) or IFRS.
  • Coordinate non-US income tax compliance and reporting via a global tax filing calendar.
  • Support M&A due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and global legal entity structure planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5-7 years of progressive tax experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on international tax.
  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting or a multinational corporation tax department.
  • Strong knowledge of GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credit, CbC reporting, OECD, digital service taxes, and VAT.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Minneapolis, MN office (Hybrid).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with OneSource Tax Provision is a plus.
