Salary: $116,160–$195,980

What you will do
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ASC 606 for complex revenue and rebate arrangements.
- Advise Sales, Finance, and Legal teams on accounting implications during deal structuring.
- Develop and maintain accounting policy positions, whitepapers, and technical memos.
- Partner with technology teams to implement AI/LLM-based tools for contract analysis and risk identification.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure consistent application of accounting guidance.
- Provide technical coaching to accounting teams to strengthen organizational acumen.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or equivalent professional certification required.
- 6+ years of experience in technical accounting, revenue recognition, or accounting policy.
- Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and hands-on application of ASC 606.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
- Ability to work on-site in a hybrid capacity at designated locations.

- Experience in complex, global, or technology-driven business models.
- Prior experience engaging with external auditors on judgmental accounting areas.
- Exposure to accounting policy enablement through systems or AI-assisted tools.
- Experience operating in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
