What you will do

• Design and analyze A/B tests and causal inference experiments to measure product impact.
• Build measurement frameworks and KPIs to quantify product success.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to inform strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Develop behavioral models to deepen understanding of member engagement.
• Create scalable, self-serve reporting and tooling for stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities and surface insights beyond initial requests.

Requirements

• 2–6+ years of experience in a quantitative role owning business-critical metrics.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience with experimentation design and hypothesis testing.
• Strong storytelling skills to communicate actionable recommendations.
• Proactive use of AI tools in data workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern data stacks like Snowflake, dbt, or ELT workflows.
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Hex, Sigma, Amplitude, or Looker.
• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
