What you will do

• Manage global Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword research, bid management, and budget pacing.
• Execute cross-platform ABX campaigns to drive pipeline generation and acceleration.
• Test and operationalize emerging PPC channels such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot.
• Oversee global paid social channels and coordinate with account teams for localized creative.
• Maintain end-to-end UTM and CRM campaign ID hygiene and conversion mapping.
• Create and maintain landing pages and internal reporting dashboards for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing global paid campaigns with at least $100K/month spend.
• Hands-on experience across both paid search and paid social.
• Proven experience running ABM/ABX programs and coordinating with sales/SDR motions.
• B2B SaaS experience is required, with enterprise motion strongly preferred.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv.
• Availability to work on a contractor basis.

Nice to have

• PLG (Product-Led Growth) go-to-market experience.
• Early experience testing LLM ad surfaces (ChatGPT Ads, Gemini, Copilot).
