What you will do
- Own and scale the global paid acquisition strategy across Search, Paid Social, and emerging channels to drive SQL and pipeline growth.
- Optimize paid media programs on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing using AI-driven advertising platforms.
- Manage and forecast significant paid media budgets to ensure efficient allocation and ROI performance across global markets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of paid acquisition managers, fostering a culture of experimentation.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing, Creative, and RevOps teams to align strategies and improve end-to-end funnel performance.
- Drive ongoing experimentation through A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid acquisition within a B2B SaaS environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team with a proven ability to develop talent.
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth through strategic paid search and social initiatives.
- Hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns across global markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using modern attribution, reporting, and AI-powered optimization tools.
- Must be based in Israel for a hybrid work arrangement.
