What you will do

• Own and scale organic growth initiatives across SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to improve site architecture, indexing, and schema.
• Optimize content based on search intent and conversion potential.
• Manage off-page SEO initiatives and authority-building strategies.
• Run landing page experiments to improve organic conversion performance.
• Build scalable growth workflows using AI tools and automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or growth marketing.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO.
• Proven experience growing organic traffic and conversion-driven signups.
• Analytical, hypothesis-driven, and execution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and Amplitude.
• Comfortable working with AI and modern growth automation tools.
