What you will do

• Design and implement a comprehensive AI strategy and a long-term implementation roadmap for the next 3–5 years.
• Drive business performance growth in e-commerce, logistics, purchasing, marketing, and customer service through AI solutions.
• Collaborate with the internal tech company to support data architecture, MLOps processes, and model deployment platforms.
• Develop new AI-powered products and services by creating Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and MVPs.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams across IT, analytics, and business operations in a matrix structure.
• Promote AI adoption and a culture of analytical thinking across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of strategic AI/ML experience with a track record of real implementations and measurable business ROI.
• Practical knowledge and experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Deep understanding of retail, e-commerce, or service sector challenges, logistics, and key business metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to C-level executives.
• Fluent Polish and English are required.
• Readiness for frequent business trips and regular presence in the Złotów office.
