📋 Description

  • Drive growth by connecting with new clients in German-speaking regions and beyond.
  • Open doors to new relationships in eastern Europe; target Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
  • Proactively engage prospects via outreach, networking, and follow-up.
  • Lead outreach via cold calling and email to set meetings with senior sales leaders.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline; nurture relationships.
  • Analyze target markets for trends and key decision-makers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in client-facing or BD role (B2B or professional services).
  • Proven lead gen and appointment setting via cold calls, emails, networking.
  • German fluency and strong English; written and verbal.
  • CRM experience and pipeline management; data-driven.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Proactive, resilient, and collaborative; able to work in diverse teams.
