What you will do

• Support daily operational tasks for hirify.global Club, including communication and on-site coordination for contest winners.
• Assist in the planning and execution of contests and related events.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports on all hirify.global Club activities.
• Collaborate with internal CRM, Social Media, Marketing, and Product teams to implement AR initiatives.
• Support the Artist Relations team in daily interactions with music labels.

Requirements

• Seeking a first formative experience in the music tech industry.
• Strong analytical skills with research and problem-solving abilities.
• Curiosity, organization, autonomy, and teamwork mindset.
• Proficiency in written and oral English communication.
• Strong knowledge of the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Must be based in Paris, France for hybrid work.
