What you will do

• Audit operations, inspect plants, and enforce high design standards independent of daily management.
• Ensure projects strictly apply risk-assessment tools including HAZID, HAZOP, and ATEX compliance.
• Develop and implement global programs to ensure plant reliability, operational integrity, and asset maintainability.
• Provide trend analyses, incident investigation reports, and performance metrics to the Group HSE Director.
• Drive cross-site training and share lessons learned from incidents and near-misses to strengthen safety culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industrial HSE experience auditing global Renewable Gas or waste-to-X plants.
• Expertise in the interpretation and implementation of HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, ATEX, and DSEAR regulations.
• Ability to evaluate multidisciplinary engineering designs using 3D models, P&IDs, and layout assessments.
• Experience managing start-up risks, improving asset reliability, and leading major incident investigations.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
