What you will do

• Lead and manage the company's purchasing organization and oversee daily operations.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive cost savings through operational efficiencies and innovation.
• Build and maintain strong external partner relationships and maximize spend leverage on direct materials.
• Ensure compliance with vendor, purchasing, and logistics goals.
• Provide strategic vision and thought leadership to support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of purchasing and supply chain management experience, preferably in the clinical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a similar field (advanced degree preferred).
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable purchasing processes and systems.
• Proven track record in change leadership and strategic transformation.
• Deep knowledge of outsourcing cost drivers, resourcing, and costing models.
• Proficiency in negotiating Master Services Agreements and innovative pricing models.
