What you will do

• Lead digital transformation and identify AI/technology solutions to enhance supply chain decision-making.
• Oversee the implementation of integrated data and technology solutions across the global supply chain network.
• Collaborate with data engineering, infrastructure, and software teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvement areas and define functional/technical requirements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse team while fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion.
• Communicate strategic priorities and project impacts to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain management within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep understanding of clinical and commercial supply chain environments and regulatory standards including GMP.
• Proven track record of leading teams and implementing digital manufacturing control systems.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning tools (e.g., Rapid Response, OPM) and data management methodologies.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications in AI, product management, agile, or cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with supply chain standards such as SCOR, GS1, ISA-95, ISO 8000, and EDI.
• Experience with diverse modalities including small molecule, cell therapy, and gene therapy.
