What you will do

• Define and lead the long-term strategic pricing roadmap, balancing volume, revenue, and market share.
• Standardize and lead the experimentation framework using multi-variate tests and sensitivity analyses.
• Partner with Finance leadership to ensure pricing aligns with profitability targets and long-term LTV goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering to transition to an automated, rule-based, or ML-driven pricing engine.
• Champion user transparency by ensuring the frontend pricing remains simple despite backend complexity.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of Product Management experience, with 2+ years focused on Pricing, Monetization, or Core Fintech operations.
• Expert knowledge of the cross-border payment landscape, FX mechanics, and Latin American user behavior.
• Strong quantitative background in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Native or professional fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic impact on company-level metrics.
