What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day payroll delivery and vendor partnerships for the EMEA region.
  • Oversee the processing of international assignee shadow payrolls and ensure audit accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Mobility teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Drive system automations and process improvements to eliminate manual tasks.
  • Maintain payroll governance infrastructure, including policies, controls, and risk management tools.
  • Provide project management support for HR and Payroll initiatives and report progress to leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in managing outsourced payroll providers and vendor liaison.
  • Proven track record of leading payroll functions within a large, complex, international organization.
  • Deep understanding of EMEA payroll regulations, statutory payments, pension schemes, and tax law.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate recommendations to leadership.
  • Experience with multi-tier support structures and external outsource models.
  • Must be based in the EMEA region (excluding UK and Ireland).

Nice to have

  • CIPP or equivalent professional qualification.
