Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum

What you will do

• Collaborate with the HR Shared Services Team Leader to ensure monthly payrolls are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Calculate starter and leaver adjustments, including deductions and backpay payments.
• Process statutory payments in line with legislation and issue SSP1/SMP1 forms.
• Extract and reconcile timesheet data from HR systems to prevent under/overpayments.
• Administer pension activities including opt-ins, opt-outs, and contributions uploading.
• Prepare interim finance reports and assist with FPS and EPS submissions to HMRC.

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
• Knowledge of statutory payments and current payroll legislation.
• Ability to act as a first point of contact for complex tax and pension queries.
• Ability to produce and interpret standard HR and payroll reports.
• Must be located in the UK to manage HMRC submissions and work onsite
