What you will do
- Manage the post-sales transition from sales to customer success teams.
- Conduct comprehensive platform demos and orientation calls for new customers.
- Validate sales forecasts and customer details to ensure accurate segmentation.
- Audit customer progress through the adoption phase to ensure engagement and revenue generation.
- Maintain meticulous records and notes within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless handover and long-term account growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ireland
- Proven experience in customer onboarding, adoption management, or customer success in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for leading customer demos.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-up.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams.
- Analytical mindset for tracking adoption metrics and validating data.
Nice to have
- Fluency in a second European language (German, Dutch, French, or Spanish).
