What you will do

  • Manage a book of global, complex customers to ensure successful product adoption and value realization.
  • Perform detailed adoption analysis and engage customers in joint planning sessions.
  • Lead value realization activities, including stakeholder alignment and roadmap reviews.
  • Drive customer advocacy by coordinating with internal partners to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Act as a consultant and coach to understand customer needs and drive successful outcomes.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate risks to ensure healthy renewals.

Requirements

  • Native/C2 level English AND native/C2 level French OR German required.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Sales, or Technical Support.
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to build trust and tailor solutions for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proven track record of strengthening relationships and driving customer retention.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS or cloud solutions.
  • Prior experience with CLM, CPQ, or Salesforce platforms.
  • Previous experience working at hirify.global.
