What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers across Brighton and Berlin, supporting their professional growth.
• Partner with the VP of Product and Head of Product Design to shape leadership priorities and ways of working.
• Drive strong collaboration between Product, Engineering, Product Design, Architecture, Agile Delivery, and Data teams.
• Ensure clarity and alignment across Product teams to coordinate priorities and responsibilities effectively.
• Support Product Managers in delivering measurable value through successful squad outcomes.
• Lead and contribute hands-on to large, complex cross-functional platform initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience managing and coaching Product Managers in high-growth technology environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development principles and practices.
• Ability to translate business, behavioral, and system data into meaningful product insights.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with confidence working cross-functionally.
• Experience delivering both iterative improvements and large-scale software initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience working within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Figma, and FigJam.
• Experience with behavioral analytics tools such as FullStory, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
• Exposure to experimentation and A/B testing practices.
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier, or n8n.
