What you will do

• Define and deliver the vision and roadmap for the hirify.global’s emerging streaming data platform.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient.
• Translate organizational needs into clear product outcomes for analytics, personalization, and experimentation.
• Drive adoption and usability of the platform across internal hirify.global teams.
• Ensure the platform meets requirements for data quality, governance, and security.
• Bring external insights and industry best practices into the data platform strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, delivering strategy and execution across multiple squads.
• Track record of line-managing product managers or coaching product craft at a senior level.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technical products in data or platform environments.
• Strong technical literacy with modern data platforms, event-driven architectures, and streaming pipelines.
• Experience defining and measuring product impact using data in complex environments.
• Skilled communicator capable of writing compelling product narratives for various audiences.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery practices and iterative product development.
• Proven experience navigating data governance and compliance in complex organizations.
• Direct experience with AWS or other cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).
• Practical use of prioritization frameworks (e.g., Impact vs Effort, Kano, ICE).
• Experience with data platform modernization and emerging technologies.
