What you will do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for registration, event apps, exhibitor tools, and data products.
  • Translate insights into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Lead discovery processes to understand the needs of attendees, exhibitors, and internal users.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX/CX, and delivery teams to launch high-quality features.
  • Manage agile delivery processes and align product releases with live event schedules.
  • Define success metrics and utilize data to improve NPS and exhibitor value.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing digital products within complex ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) and CX principles.
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance user needs, commercial priorities, and operational constraints.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in running discovery, experiments, or A/B testing.
  • Must be based in London (Hybrid); sponsorship is usually not provided.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Figma.
