TL;DR
Product Manager (Social Housing): Shaping and delivering software solutions for the Social Housing sector with an accent on creating user-friendly end-to-end processes and legislative compliance. Focus on market assessment, customer co-design workshops, and requirements decomposition to improve the NEC Housing platform.
Location: Remote or Hybrid (UK). Candidates must have pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.

What you will do
- Conduct market research on legislative, regulatory, competitive, and economic landscapes.
- Collaborate with specialized Product Managers to create streamlined end-to-end processes and optimize platform components.
- Lead co-design workshops, User Group sessions, and customer meetings to align product development with sector needs.
- Define customer business needs and objectives aligned with the overall product strategy.
- Develop business cases, including pricing and margin analysis to define market uptake.
- Manage product roadmaps and assist sales teams with bid responses and proposals.
Requirements
- Experience in UK Social Housing, either as a customer or software solution provider.
- Strong knowledge of project life-cycle, methodologies, and on-time/on-budget delivery.
- Experience in defining product enhancements, UI/UX design, and Agile product development.
- Experience with housing management systems or related software.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
Nice to have
- Experience designing digital solutions for social housing, including mobile apps and web platforms.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma and JIRA.
- Full, valid UK/EC driving license for travel.
- Experience in end-to-end product life cycle management.
